Returns

Your business and safety are our top priority.  Please refer to size charts to get appropriate fit.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  During this time of Co-Vid Pandemic, we are not able to accept any returns.  We will go back to our normal return policy which is written after this note, as soon as we feel it is safe for both our customers and our family.  Thank you for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned within 30 days of original shipping date. Tags should still be on garments. Your receipt is required for all transactions. Please see below for details.

Refunds:

The refund will include the retail price paid, less the original shipping and handling fees, plus any applicable sales tax, and will be applied to the credit card on the original order. Any item deemed defective or any incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. The refund will be posted to the credit card on file within three (3) business days from when the returned product is received.

 

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. For additional protection, you may choose to insure your shipment.

 

Important Note:

Please contact us by phone or email before sending back a shipment and include your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief reason for your return. Our contact number for refunds is 267-421-1172, and our email address is gracefulglenalpacas@comcast.net. This will allow us to confirm that we have the inventory in stock and to be better prepared for the arrival of your shipment.
